Please note each item is made to order and we can not accept cancelations once your order has been placed and paid for. We provide a detailed a size guide for each garment which covers the UK, EU and USA. The chart covers everything from XS to 5XL including chest sizes in inches and centimetres as the per the information from our supplier network. Therefore we can not exchange or replace any item that has been incorrectly ordered from our store.
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. If your requests meets our returns policy above we will respond quickly with instructions on how to safely return the item(s) from your order.
shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for items we sell are weight-based using Royal Mail's postal services. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
All orders usually ship within 21 working days from the date ordered. This maybe subject to change without warning due to the pandemic and delays with customs processing and or your local postal service.
